Big sisters welcome little brother Noah

Noah Jacob Kwei Chan was born on January 20, 2009 at 6:14 am.  He weighed 9 lbs. 6 oz. and measured 20 1/2 inches long.

Mommy and baby watched the Inauguration in their Labor and Delivery room, waiting for Daddy and sisters to visit.
